Transactions made through AcrylView's web site are safe and secure. Your credit card account numbers are never electronically transferred in whole; only the last 4 digits are used for receipt verification. Your credit information is never stored or shared.

When you are checking out from our online store, your address bar should read:
https://secure.jcau.net/acrylview/checkout.php? (followed by all of the cookie order information from your purchase record.)   If you do not see this address line, do not complete the checkout. Please contact us immediately!

We never share your name or contact information.  Billing and shipping information are only used for order verification and shipping purposes.

Cookies
Your browser must allow cookies in order to use our shopping cart. These cookies are only used to store your order information and once you check out the cookies are removed. We do not use cookies to track your usage or history. You will not be tracked by any third party hit tracking companies, or for any other purpose.

Shipping
We ship USPS Mail.  After your order is packaged, weighed and postage is applied, your invoice will be e-mailed to you with the total dollar amount, including shipping and applicable sales tax.  We ship with delivery confirmation on all packages. This assures that packages are delivered by the post office.  If your package is lost or stolen, AcrylView is not liable for replacement.  If you have had trouble with stolen or lost mail in the past, we highly suggest you ask for insurance at checkout. We typically process orders within 1 business day from the day the order is placed, and receipt usually takes 2 - 9 days from ship date.  Occasionally we may back order some items depending an availability.

Returns
We accept returns for store credit only.  All returns must be approved in writing by AcrylView.com prior to sending it back to us.  All items must returned in original packaging to avoid shipping damage due to inappropriate packaging materials.  Damaged items and freight charges are not accepted for store credit.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to your store credit.

Terms of Sale
AcrylView's minimum order amount is $15.00 worth of merchandise (not including freight).  In order to keep our prices low and to buy products directly from AcrylView.com, you must meet our minimum order amount.  We depend on larger quantity orders to keep our overhead and prices low.

Payment Methods
We only accept US dollars as payment through Visa, or Master Card credit, or debit cards.  We do not accept cash, personal checks, certified checks, or money orders.  We do not ship orders COD.  We have streamlined our order processing to keep overhead down and this saves you money!  All orders are posted to your account the day of shipment.

In order to use our web site you must have your browser:

• You must allow cookies. (We only collect information pertinent to the order you are generating.)
• You must allow pop-ups to see the photo enlargements. (We do not advertise anything on our web site.)
• You must allow java scripts for our shopping cart to operate correctly.
• If you use a virus software, you may experience incorrect logging of purchases. (You may temporarily disable your virus protection with complete confidence that our script is clean and virus free.)
• All pop-up windows are sizable.
